A SOLD OUT event since 2020, ClubFest is a series of track sessions and activities aimed at giving car clubs the opportunity to cruise, drive and skid around Hampton Downs in a safe and controlled environment. FRIDAY ACCESS BENEFITS
- Your Friday access entry will allow you to go through vehicle safety check & drivers briefing from 11am. Perfect if you want to get everything sorted on Friday to avoid the Saturday morning rush.
- Access to the wet skid pan for the afternoon

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- You must be in a Car Club to be able to register for ClubFest
- There are NO transfers. This is YOUR entry is YOUR entry only! so please take this into consideration when registering for ClubFest this year. ClubFest sells out every year so we want to make sure that those that do register have every intention of attending. YES you can change the vehicle but you cannot transfer your entry. This will make it easier on everyone at the registration gate and maintains the integrity of the event
- Track entry includes driver + vehicle access to all activities for the weekend
- $50 Late fee will be added 19 September 2025 (if not sold out)
- There will be NO entries available on the day
- Price includes compulsory Hampton Downs drivers levy $35.00!

While ClubFest is about having fun and celebrating the car club scene in New Zealand, there is also a competitive element with car clubs and individuals competing for titles, prizes and ultimate bragging rights.

PASSENGERS:
Want to ride as a passenger at ClubFest? passenger wristbands are $10 for the weekend (this is separate to your spectator entry). You can also ‘HITCH A RIDE’ with any of the club cars on the day in the cruising sessions. NOTE: You don’t need to purchase a passenger band if you are a driver, you can just use your drivers band.
