2023 AutoFest – Vehicle Entry Expression of Interest

STANDARD VEHICLE ENTRY – EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

To maintain the integrity of the event, all vehicle entries to the 2023 AutoFest are by application only via this Expression of Interest (EOI) form. IMPORTANT, Only Vehicles in the spirt of the AutoFest can apply (Hot Rods, Classic Cars & Street Machines).  Entering your vehicle into the 2023 AutoFest is done in 3 easy steps (Please note, we will have lots of entries to go through and this process could take some time).

1. Send through an expression of interest.  Once an expression of interest is put through, our admin team will be treating each EOI on a case by case basis (No payment is taken at this point).
2. If your expression of interest is approved, you will receive an email with a link to complete the purchase of your entry.
3. Once payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email and you’re good to go.  NOTE : Your entry to the 2023 AutoFest is not confirmed until payment has been received. 

PRICING
The base price to enter a car into the 2023 AutoFest is $80 for the weekend (includes car + driver only) so basically you’re paying the spectator entry for the weekend and paying $20 to enter your vehicle, how good is that? Base price includes entry into the event for the weekend, Night Cruise, Show & Shine, Cruise Route. Any optional extras can be purchased on the day (see below).

EXTRA’S
Optional extra’s at the 2023 AutoFest  are payable at the venue, so you’re only paying for the activities you want to partake in.  Extra’s include:

• Camping (per person) +$40
• ‘Light em up’ Lane +$50
• 1/8 Mile Flag Drop Night Drags/Roll Racing +$50
• Track Cruising (Hampton Downs) 13 October +$50

NOTE: Burnouts are by invitation only and all spaces have been filled.

PASSENGERS
Passengers must pay the spectator entry on arrival (there are weekend passes available) and purchase a camping pass (if camping).  $30 adult per day or $50 weekend pass.  Kids 10 and under FREE.
